Critical thinking in the digital era. Krzysztof Dołowy, Jan Hartman, Andrzej Dominiczak

We live in an era of smartphones and universal internet access. People all around the globe have easy access to the latest information and that includes children who can learn much faster now, thanks to the internet. But does technology really make us smarter or wiser? Some scientists suggest the average IQ level in our societies is decreasing and the cognitive abilities of people are seriously affected by the digital technology, exactly because it's so easy to use it. We present a debate on this topic from EHF conference 2017 and the speakers are: Krzysztof Dolowy, Professor at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Andrzej Dominiczak, Chairman of Polish Humanist Association and Jan Hartman, Professor at Jagiellonian University, Cracow.
