Rationalist.tv team talks for the first time with guests from Russia. They are members and representatives of the Russian Humanist Society. While talking with them, we learn about the problems the Russian people have with defining the secular humanism. There are, for example, people who discriminate against LGBTQI and call themselves humanists. There are also those who associate humanism with the teachings of Marx and Lenin, or with contemporary nationalism. Our guests are, however, humanists who want to build a dialogue with all people of good will around the world and they are happy to have joined the international community of secular humanists by becoming a member of European Humanist Federation. In their opinion, secular humanism should be the basis for the dialogue among all social groups in the human society and instead it is missing almost everywhere.
